About Us
Serenity Home Inspections is family owned and operated by Wade Nelson and Michael Florance, who strive to make your inspection process worry free. We both are certified members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) with 25+ years combined home renovation and construction background. We are always doing continuous educational training because we put our clients best interests first. We want every client to know we only work for them and will provide an independent, honest and complete inspection and report everytime. We also will work with you, the client, until all questions and concerns have been addressed.

What to Expect
Whether you are looking to buy, sell or just want your current property checked for maintenance reasons, Serenity home inspections is here to help you. After contacting either Wade Nelson or Michael Florance by phone, an electronic inspection agreement will be sent to your email for review. Once you agree to and sign the inspection agreement Serenity home inspections will complete the inspection at the agreed upon time.
We strictly follow the standard of practice for home inspectors that are put forth by WA state and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
We will gladly walk you through the property inspected and explain the general condition of the home, maintenance issues, and/or any major concerns with the property. After all your questions/concerns are addressed, we will detail everything within an easy-to-read inspection report that will be electronically sent to you. It will contain what we discussed with images for reference. After you receive the report we are available for any further questions you may have. We want your experience to be as worry free as possible.
